We are now looking for an ambitious Intellectual Property (IP) Counsel who wants an exciting job in a very international environment.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the intellectual property portfolio of the EF Group, which includes 1 100 trademarks, 2 000 domain names, and patents as well as copyrights and other unregistered rights, and advising the EF Group on a broad range of IP related matters.
Reviewing and advising on IP related agreements and liaising with external counsel would also be part of your tasks. For this purpose you need to have a solid knowledge and experience from working with IP, including litigation, maintenance and enforcement of registered and unregistered rights in an international environment.

Profile and Qualifications
We are looking for highly adaptable, commercially minded lawyers with a strong drive, commercial understanding, high integrity, excellent communication skills, and an ambition to evolve with the role as the business grows. You must demonstrate a strong ability to solve IP related practical problems and adopt a pragmatic approach and common sense to align the requirements with the needs of the business. Our environment is strongly driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and you thrive on challenges in a fast-paced work place.
We are looking for candidates that are analytical and structured, but also driven, service-minded and prone to take initiative and responsibility. The right candidate will have to take commercially sound decisions working closely with the operational team.
The successful candidate must have a Swedish law degree with strong academic record, and approximately 7 years of relevant experience from working in an in-house IP department or as an intellectual property advisor.
Please note that you must have excellent skills, both in spoken and written English, as the role requires the ability to communicate with stakeholders globally as well as with external counsels.
