We are looking for a Vice President Compliance/Integrity on a global and EMEA level to our office in Stockholm.
Responsibilities and Tasks
The position is responsible for managing the compliance function throughout Husqvarna’s enterprise, including all its business segments, regulated entities and its international operations. The responsibility includes the identification of enterprise-wide compliance risks and trends, monitoring and implementing compliance programs, and providing the necessary information and reports to executive management, the board of directors and board committees to enable effective oversight. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that managers maintain adequate policies and procedures and implements processes appropriately
- Establish compliance KPI’s
- Instituting a Compliance Monitoring Program and monitoring its effects
- Assisting and cooperating with Compliance Officers in Husqvarna’s other judicial systems
- Advising on the compliance implications of proposed new products and services
- Annual reviewing of Group Code of Conduct
- Arranging for appropriate regulatory training in EMEA
- Act as Secretary to Compliance Forum
Profile and qualifications
Applicants for this position must have a relevant academic degree and a minimum 10 years of relevant experience within an international corporate environment. Furthermore, you should have leadership skills, experience in working with public-private partnerships (PPP) and comprehensive knowledge of European and international law, regulations and best compliance practices.
It is important that the right candidate for this position is ambitious, high-performing and responsible. You must be innovative and action-oriented, as well as informal, transparent and honest. It is also significant that the right candidate has an operational approach and understands the business value of compliance.
We are looking for candidates that are smart, analytical, diligent and structural but also driven, service-minded and are prone to take initiative. It is of utmost importance that the right candidate can take commercially sound decisions with a risk-based approach and have the ability to think and act strategically and tactically.
