Evaluate

Familiarise yourself with your new team member and evaluate the long-term sustainability of the match. As always, we assume full responsibility during this period.

Transition

If everything aligns well and the need endures, the consultant seamlessly transitions to permanent employment with your company following the agreed-upon period. If you prefer to extend the trial duration, that’s also completely acceptable.

In terms of payment models, you receive an invoice only once the consultant has initiated their work.
